We don't really have that much context for this shot, but it feels pretty clear that the character is trying to hide the watch and failing quite miserably. There's a lot of great stuff here in the timing, arcs, and expressions, but one thing I particularly love is how the line of action communicates so much. At the very beginning, Giacomo is hunched away, like he's hiding something. And then, when he realizes he's pulled the watch out by accident, he actually leans away from the watch like he's trying to avoid being associated with it.
