Choose any body mechanics rig to Block out (2) Baseball Bat swings, with one favoring the Realistic mechanics and the other towards Stylized. Find your own video reference (24fps) or use Arran's for analysis with an emphasis on Posing.

Rig: Alpha/Beta/Delta or a similar body mechanics rig
