There's a lot of great things here that I couldn't fit into the notes, but one thing that I love is the texture in timing and how it breaks the action up into key poses. The timing also gives the character, well...character! From how he moves here, you can see he's a kind of bouncy personality, he kind of ""pops"" around and is very eager and enthusiastic. The head turn is also really great. A head turn is a standard animation exercise, and yet Williames made such a ""simple"" action so interesting and appealing.
