Michal Makarewicz

Michal Makarewicz is a multi-award-winning former Pixar animator with over 20 years of experience, having worked on iconic films like Toy Story 3 & 4, The Incredibles, WALL-E, Up, and Soul. He held roles such as Supervising Animator, Director, and Intern Training Lead, and was mentored by Pixar co-founder Ed Catmull. Michal is the founder of The Animation Collaborative, a school for high-level feature animation, and ProRigs, a professional-grade 3D rig library. He currently teaches animation masterclasses worldwide and offers in-studio training and consulting.
